Outlier Group ("FinanceAdvisors") operates an electronic referral and lead generation platform through its website located at https://www.financeadvisors.com ("Site"). The Site enables users ("Users") to access financial education and be matched with qualified financial professionals ("Advisors"), including registered investment advisers and other fiduciaries.

FinanceAdvisors provides Users with one or more matched Advisors based on the information Users voluntarily submit through our online survey. Matches are determined using criteria such as asset level, geographic location, and willingness to work remotely, as well as Advisors’ availability and stated service offerings. FinanceAdvisors also considers an Advisor’s marketing budget, and Advisors that pay more may appear more prominently in search results or receive more leads.

Users are under no obligation to work with any Advisor matched through our service. FinanceAdvisors does not evaluate or endorse any specific Advisor, nor do we provide investment advice. It is the sole responsibility of the User to review the qualifications, disclosures, and services of any Advisor prior to engaging them.

FinanceAdvisors charges Advisors a marketing or lead generation fee, which may be based on qualified lead delivery, flat monthly agreements, or other negotiated pricing structures. Advisors do not pay fees based on assets or transactions. FinanceAdvisors is not a registered investment adviser and does not manage client accounts or hold customer assets.

Each matched Advisor is required to be properly licensed and in good standing with applicable regulatory bodies (e.g., SEC, FINRA, or state authorities). Users will receive access to each matched Advisor’s Form ADV Part 2A, which outlines services, fees, and conflicts of interest. These documents are typically delivered via email and are also accessible on the public Investment Adviser Public Disclosure (IAPD) database.

FinanceAdvisors may have partnerships with third-party platforms or publishers who promote or link to our service. In such cases, FinanceAdvisors may compensate those partners based on User engagement or successful advisor matches.

There is no cost to Users to access or use the FinanceAdvisors service.

3. Our Terms of Service.
